This product adopts permanent acrylic adhesive, the face material has excellent softness and tensile properties, has excellent performance on many packaging materials, can be used for non-direct contact labeling of food, medicine,
cosmetics and other products.

Specially treated coated surface can be used for letterpress, flexo, gravure and screen printing. UV ink and water-based ink. In processing, attention should be paid to avoid material deformation caused by overheating. In order to ensure the printing process has the best ink wettability and firmness, recommended online corona processing, and the use of PE special ink. Ink testing is recommended before printing.

Q: How can I get samples?

Q: What adhesive (glue) do you supply? 
R: We have both Permanent hotmelt (rubber), water-based acrylic, solvent glue and Removable hotmelt (rubber), water-based acrylic, solvent glue. Besides, we also have low temperature freezing glue, high stickness Tyre rubber. 

Q:Why the label will shifting after printing? 
R:Lower the printing speed,adjust the correct distance of label before start printing. 

Q:I can not put the roll in the printer?
R:Check the core size & maximum diameter of printer first. 

Q:Why the label not shows the color & content after printing? 
R:Confirm your printer is inkjet printer (require ribbon to print) or thermal printer (heat sensitive),you can advise us your printer brand and item then choose the suitable material. 

Q:Why is the content that I print looks not clear & fuzzy? 
R:Use alcohol prep pad to wipe the printer head & the dust inside of machine first.
